The Art of Events would like to bring a few important Terms into your notice before you use our website or proceed for payments on the website.
All the payments you made here are secured & safe with us.
We also consider refund of the payments & cancellation of the orders as per terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

Art of Events has a very strict though convenient policy for all of our clients. Confirmed bookings can be canceled, Rescheduled by written communication on info@theartofevents.in your request will be processed as early as possible.
Cancellation Charges-
For cancellations less than 7 days before the event date. 30% charges of the package amount.
For cancellations less than 72 hours before the event date. 50% charges of the package amount.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before the event date. 100% charges of the package amount.
In case of no show, there will not be any refund or rescheduling.
Based upon the above criteria, refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
Free Re-Scheduling (Before 7 Days of the event) -
In case of any change in plans, guests can inform us to reschedule their bookings. Any postponements will be accepted only 7 days prior to the event date without any charges.

Refund Policy

In case of any Refund, it will be processed in 3-7 working days.

A refund will be made on the same payment mode which has/d been used for booking.

In case of cash payment for the booking, guests need to provide SB account details for the refund.
