1. Happiness agents will follow all the covid - 19 regulations strictly.

2. Customer needs to provide a table & extension cord for decoration and a ladder/stool for ceiling decoration.

3. Someone needs to be present throughout the decoration. AOE management is not responsible for theft / missing things etc.

4. For Car boot decor, the driver/owner must be present. Our happiness agent will not drive any car.

5. For gated communities and apartments, prior written / SMS / mail communication is mandatory. If the security personnel is not allowing our happiness agent, the decoration will be considered cancelled and the full amount will be charged.

6. Decorations at hotels/ restaurants/ pubs, prior reservation is mandatory and must be taken from the customer.

7. Image displayed is for indicative purposes only, actual decor varies with the location.

8. Full amount must be settled before the celebration.

1. If cancellation happens before 48 hours, you can avail of a full refund or a reschedule.

2. Between 24 hours - 48 hours of the event,  the full amount can be Rescheduled for another day or 50% of the total amount will be considered as a cancellation charge.

3. Between 12 hours - 24 hours. Reschedule will not be possible and 75% of the total decor amount will be charged as a cancellation charge.

4. Cancellation before 12 hours will be considered cancelled with 100% as cancellation charges.

5. Any complaints regarding the decoration or happiness agent a mail has to be sent within 2 days of the decor to info@theartofevent.in
